Upload an audio file and transcription parameters to receive text in the input language. JSON responses may contain only the transcript or may also include language, duration, and segment data.

Audio files to be transcribed. Supports FLAC, MP3, MP4, MPEG, MPGA, M4A, OGG, WAV, and WebM formats.

The transcription model ID to be used, such as whisper-1. The actual available models are based on the model list returned by the current API Key.

language?string

Enter the language code for the audio, using ISO-639-1 format, such as en. Providing the language can improve transcription accuracy.

prompt?string

Used to guide the model's style or continue the text of the previous audio segment.
